Poor Customer Service

Today on 03/06/2013 i receive a call from Ashwin Adams from Midrand Vodacom. He wanted to confirm if i had received an sms notifying me of the high data usage on my account. I told him I had received the sms on friday and i had called Vodacom and requested information regarding this data usage. He then confirmed that my account would have to be suspended. I told him that nobody told me this on Friday and this was not mentioned in the sms i received on friday. I told him over & over again i do not want my account suspended. He was rude &unfriendly & did not appreciate his tone. He has no etiquette with clients & was very unprofessional. He then suspended my account after i told him in no uncertain terms not to. I had to call the call centre back to reactivate my account. This is wasting my time. He did not have the decency to call me back or have his manager Gabriel Ndele call me back, when i specifically asked for this. I have never had any problems with my account and it is always paid up to date. I work in the client service industry and find this behaviour to be apalling!!!
