First Vodacom takes AWAY my data that I PAID for even after their own data techs admitted to the fact that the 3G in my area is very poor. I couldn't use 250 MB data fast enough in a month, because of the poor signal, the result...they took away my data!!! DATA I PAID FOR!!!!!
Then they agreed, (arrangement I made to pay areas on my account over 2 months) that my account won't be suspended, WELL, no surprise here!! It was suspended. I phone in to query the suspension only to be told it DOESN"T guarantee non-suspension EVEN THOUGH an ARRANGEMENT has been made to pay areas OVER 2 MONTHS!!??
NOW they want 75% of the rest of the areas paid BEFORE un-suspending my account!!?? Another as they still can't guarantee my line will not be suspended after paying that!!!!
What's more is, due to their, I cannot get in our out of my complex as I have to use my phone to dial a number in order for the gate to open!! NICE one VODACOM!! What if my child needs to get to a doctor!??
Un-suspend my account immediately or I'll be forced to report your unethical behaviour to the ombudsmen!
Vodacom, STOP lying & from your long standing customers!!!!!
