8ta moved payment/ debit order without consulting thd client. this lead to payment been reversed and my number suspended. subsequently payment made (again not on date as stated in signed contract) yet 5 days later account/ number still not working.
call centre un able to assist and took 72 min to have matter un resolved.
please accept this letter as my cancelation of my account in writing. i have cancelled access to future debit orders.
please could you release this number with immediate effect that i can make use of a better service provider
