I bought a new Nokis Lumia 920 Cell on contract from 8ta Mokopane (Potgietersrus) on 16th August 2013, however the handset wat faulty (could not connect to the internet) it was returned to the branch and they send it for repairs on 3 October, again the phone had the same proble and was returned again to the branch for repairs, 8ta does not want to replace this handset with a new one, i am not willing to accept this handset as it was never used and been for repairs twice already.
