So I've paid off my credit card (straight and budget). I call them to apply the payment against the budget amount.
Oh but they changed their verification process - now if I can't tell them when last I used my card they can't/won't assist... and all the managers are CONVENIENTLY not available to assist either.
Verification used to be the standard ID number and billing details - but not any more. All my slips are at home, I don't know what I purchased last on this card - I've been using it a lot.
I find this absolutely pathetic.
If your system/process alienates your clients it's not worth what you've paid for it!!!
