Multiple requests to increase my EFT request

I am trying to do an EFT that is outside my normal monthly limit. I had sent a secure request online and the lady called me back and confirmed that I would be able to transfer that specific amount as she had increased the limit and I was still not able to do the EFT yesterday!

Why must this process be so painful, you have double authentication online with OTP verification but I am still not able to do an EFT.
