BIS CANCELLATION

I recently upgraded my contract with Vodacom. I have noticed that Vodacom failed to cancel my BIS services even though my new contract is incompatible with BIS. I am therefore still being billed for a service hat I am not receiving. The exact same thing happened to two of my sons.
