Vodacom has failed to cancel a contract of mine despite multiple requests, they acknowledge receiving one cancellation inquiry yet still have failed to cancel this number
i have reference numbers for a proir conversation with them where i requested cancellation
I have multiple accounts with them and the number in question has matured
please advise as i am fed up and getting no assistance from any of their departments
and have only been met with bad attitude and been told i need to keep following up, surely this is an abuse
