I have requested my contract to be change from Data to Voice contract on the 19 December 2012 initailly i was told is going to take 7 working days to affect the change to this date nothing has happend. I went back to MTN franchise store were i made the request and I was told to wait cause MTN was expriencing a high volume of backlog due to December holidays and they are attending the matter. I have phoned MTN and was told the same story and i have written compliants nobody has bothered to phone explain the progress or the situation. Why do have to begg MTN to give them my money? Do I have to run around for my money?
