NO callback... phoned 5 times

I have 10 gig 8ta 3g modem... I work from home, the past month my internet has been so slow it takes 15min for [URL Removed] to load. It's costing me money and I've phoned 8ta 5 times to sort out my problem, I am yet to receive a response or solution to my problem.
Pathetic
