Been on the phone for over half an hour trying to get hold of someone on the 10210 line, when someone does eventually pick up and allow me to explain my situation they "transfer" me and the line subsequently drops. Not the first time this has happened and the only time I seem to get any sort of service is when I complain on hellopeter. I can't even escalate the problem since your website seems to be down, not that anything would happen if I did. I'm having issues with a congested internet line which means my ping and download speed go to at night and over the weekends, I've phoned before and was told to call when my ping spiked again. This seems to be impossible as either my call mysteriously 'drops' when I explain my issue or no one picks up. This is my trace route test:
