I took out a Cell C on 30 May 2013 (a Huewei media pad) for my wife but a few days later I had to return it to the store as it was faulty. A week later my device was replaced with a new one but a week later I had to return it again because it was faulty. I am still waiting for my device to be returned bit Cell C is still charging me even thou I don't have the device or the sim card as I returned it to the Kenilworth store on 2013-08-21 when I decided to cancel my contract under the consumer act but Cell C has failled to cancel my contract & they are still charging every month. As a result of this I had to take out a new contract for my wife I've ask Cell C to credit all the money that was deducted to the new contract which is 084 8100 629 but they never did. The Kenilworth store manager Bronwyn informed me today that Cell C now wants to send me a new device which I don't want. If Cell C don;t cancel & refund my money by the month end then I'll open a case of with the SAPS & a CIVIL CLAIM with my lawyers because Cell C is Steeling My Money!!!
