Misleading information

I called and emailed them to come and collect the tablet which was given to me under the impression that it will include 2gb data. I called them to come and collect after noticing that it doesn't have data and no one called me back to collect. Was told that I will need to pay cancellation of the contract and the 20% of the value of the tablet which I will not do because nobody advised of that and no contract have been sent. If no one do something about this, I will take the matter further.
