Incorrectly overcharged and SMS problems

The Call Centre informed me on the 18th of January, that they would get in touch with me about their incorrect pricing of their package As of now, still no reply. As result, I still cannot use this package and still waiting for money and SMS'S to be returned to me.
If there is anyone out there from Cell C, please inform customer of when the problem will be sorted out?
