My blackberry just stopped working!! Yesterday I phoned vodacoms customer careline the consultant told me I could do a premature upgrade and should phone the upgrade line. This morning I phoned and was told that I can't!! After waiting to speak to a consultant for half and hour I gt to speak to someone, he was not able to help me and I demanded to speak to a superior, again I was told they were nt available I said I wld wait untill someone is availanble after holding for a additional half and hour this person dropped my call. I phoned again and was told by vincent that someone is trying to get hold of me. As iam typing this report no one has gotten hold of me yet. This process has been going on since 8 this morning! If I had been told that the fact that I had to be spending R800 or more to be due for a premature upgrade, I could have made alternative arangements. Instead I am on my way to to canal walk wasting petrol because I was given incorrect information! I have been a loyal vodacom customer for plus minus 10 years! They are easy to suspend their service when I am unable to pay but now when I need some help. They are not willing to do so!
