Over a month ago I personally communicated wit LG regarding the fixing of my 9900 and we came to a consensus about him sorting out the phone.
LG promised to get it sorted and to organise delivery of my phone but nothing had been done and im stil paying to a monthly service that does not benefit me in any way. I am highly dissapointed with 8ta as a brand because they are just unproffessional and they make promises that they cannot keep.
im emotionally and physically drained by 8ta.
