BAD SERVICE

I have been calling MTN for months now explaining to them that I have problems with my blackberry 9900.Up until today no one is able to assist me. I work for a major retail company The Foschini Group and the service by MTN is pathetic. I have cellphone insurance with mtn as well. My phone keeps on switching on and off.i was told I need to take my phone in and get a loan phone. They want to offer me a Samsung phone. If I am using a blackberry 9900 I am expecting to get the same phone to use while my phone is being serviced. The signal at home is pathetic as well. I am going to the press should the issue not be resolved. I am thinking of taking my business to Vodacom should this problem not be resolved. I am paying and paying and paying but they are not sorting the situation out. Some people are not doing their work property and its not fair towards someone paying every month for nonsense. Sort this matter out or I will take legal action.
