I have a contract since november 2012. a nokia asha that i use for business purposes. it recently started switching itself off - it has not been dropped, i take care of my phone as its important to my work so i could not understand the sudden malfunctioning. the screen just blacks out and/or switches off. i took it into the walk in centre in tygervalley who replaced the software & battery. i got it back friday 31st may and same issues..this is not only inconvenient, its also affecting my work & i hv chronically sick little ones - the youngest being 10 months so i cannot afford to have my work affected as my income is integral to their receiving their dailiy medication. this is utterly distressing. i pay on time, no hassles. now all this hassles with the handset that is essential to my work... surely this is now a device malfunction?? can you replace the handset as its integal to our family?? please
