It has been a 2 weeks after I was told that my Blackberry 9900 cannot been fixed, so I was supposed to be replaced with a new handset. I received a call from Thulani, informing me that the store in Rondebosch has the Blackberry 9900 available. Thulani promised to send the Documents, as he promised when I got there I got Replaced with my new Blackberry 9900.Thulani made my day.
