Your service is disgusting to say the least, first I hold for your Accounts Dept for a good 20 minutes plus, to request for a detailed statement on my usage, only to be told that I will get it next week wednesday. REALLY? In 2013? What system are you guys running or is someone going to compile a handwritten statement and then walk a 1000km to deliver it to my house?

Something that should take 10 minutes to generate, takes days with Virgin Mobile. Cellphone Networks in RSA are bad but you are the worst of the lot and I'm glad I'm done with you. Your plans are rigid and don't make sense and to top it, your service is disappointing to say the least.
