I took out a three free month internet trial in 2011. I then cancelled the free subscription within the allocated three months as stipulated in the t's and c's. I have no found out that I have been charged continuously for something that I cancelled and that was supposedly free. I have now been threatened with legal action for not paying my account of which I have no idea of what I am being charged for especially seeing that I cancelled the free subscription. I have paid the amount to the attorney which as a student has been detrimental as it is a whole months salary that I have had to pay due to telkoms incompetence after I clearly cancelled the free subscription.
