I was interested in a copy of Microsoft Office and I saw on the web they now have Office 365. I saw that I can get a FREE months trail I went to the FREE trail page and got the flowing message;
The first month of your subscription is free, but you do need to provide payment information. You can cancel at any time during the trial period and you won't be charged.
I entered my details since surely Microsoft won't be your money? I went to the download page and it is impossible to install the software on my PC so I decided to cancel the service as stated was possible. I'm not able to cancel the service and to top it all they have already deducted R8 from my credit card for a FREE trail!!
Please refund my money and PLEASE tell me how to stop the rubbish service!!!
