I took out a month to month contract with 8TA. I have now taken an adsl line with telkom and proceeded to cancel my contract with 8TA. That was 4 months ago!!! The still deduct the money from my account every. Every time I have phoned them the say the contract cancellation was not processed and apologize for that the will cancel it with immediate effect and i will receive 3 months free subscription. That was 2 months ago. The still deducted it this month from my account. I WILL NEVER WORK WITH THEM AGAIN!!!
I Do not want free subscription i want the contract cancelled!!!
