3 Month free trial

I applied for the three month free trial and they incorrectly billed me. Now i got lawyers phoning me to tell me to make payment... When i spoke to telkom they said it would be credited and sorted out.. Nothing has ever happended. I been waiting for the lawyers to get back to me to sort it out.. Still nothing. Now i want to get internet but can't due to telkom incorrectly billing me.. I think now is it actually a good idea to get internet or are they going to make more incorrect billing charges. They even charged me for making landline calls but i didn't even own a phone. Please can this get sorted out so i can once again have adsl.
