Samsung repairs pricing not standardised

I accidently dropped my Samsung S3 and cracked my screen I went to Samsung clearwater and they quoted me anything between R1500-R2500 for the repair. I decided to take my phone to the Samsung shop in Brooklyn as I live in Pretoria. The Brooklyn Samsung shop quoted me R4000 for the exact same repair. I find this service rather disappointing!
