Loosing airtime daily

I have recently noticed I have been loosing airtime daily on my up contract. I have the blackberry 9360, I recive R100 airtime, 20 sms, and the monthly subscription I pay includes the R60 bis. But when even an email comes threw I loose a few cents of airtime. Even worst, over night if nothing happens, I still loose airtime. My airtime gets finished in about 2 weeks time. I went too then mtn shop in cresta on 21 may the agent raised a query too the call centre, and advised me too return on 24th may for feedback, which I did. Only too find out that ishie mohammed (in call centre) received the request and closed it on the 22nd may with the note: bis is only for surfing and not for downloading. Which is not what is happening in my situation! I asked for request too be opended again, but only too find out today, that nothing has been done till today!! The contract is on my wifes name, she has 2 contracts, exact same phones, exact same packages. This is only happening on one cell no, and not the other. I want this fixed immediately, and demand a refund since october 2012, which was when we upgraded. Ishie mohammed could have done his job with a little more effort
