I agreed to a contract with Cell C through FNB, I waited long for my package. I called to ask what the hold up was and they explained. I needed to make changes to my contract and the consultant clearly told me that i need to go in-store because he cant help me. When i went in-store they told me they cant help me either i need to call customer service so i did and they referred me back and i went back than they tell me i need to short it out with FNB. What the? I can't pay for something i haven't even used. I need help and answers please before i end up with a bill i cant afford!
