Virgin refuses to debit my account.(bongi) when we initially signed for the contracts it was not going to be a problem to debit two accounts for two contracts, seeing that my partner did not qualify for a contract, now it cannot be done! the general attitude of the call centre is very bad, hasam dropped the phone in my ear, teresa transfered my call before she new what my need is. the number (074) to call for client service is constanly engaged. you hold on forever. Tebogo could not assist me, she keeps interupting me saying "hello"? i'm not happy, the servioce is basically non existing
