I Approached two different mtn stores about an uncapped internet package advertized on your website, in the fourwas area. After waiting three days for the fourways mall branch, for a certain illiterate 'Janne to call me back about that, as they had no idea what that was at store level (whatever the that means!!!) i decided to go ant throw a tantrum in th store and speak to the manager. The tried to tell me underneath the offer they say while stocks last. How can you stock the internet. If you dont offer it, dont advertize it on a webpage. I then went to another store at Fourways crossing. The agent called Paul there said he would have to find out for me. He would have phoned me back, but in stead sent me a message asking if i wanted it as a new contract, or an upgrade. After i replied, and heard nothing back from Paul, i phoned again.he was busy, and would have phoned me back. Still waiting. I then phoned customer care, who informed me that that section is closed an that I would have to phone back tomorrow!!! This is pathetic!!!
