Change in you BLACKBERRY contract???

I am livid to state it mildly! I received my account and I have been charges with an amount of R68.17 for PACKET SWITCHED DATA CALLS!
When I contacted the call centre, the first thing I wanted to know was what the is this??? I have NEVER been charged for something like this before! I was informed that if I go over my R100 p/m allowance for calls I am charged extra for opening attachments and what not.
When I took out this contract last year end of April 2012, I was told that I will ONLY pay extra when I download from Yutube (that I NEVER use) or when I use my phone as a modem. Well... I haven't done either one of these two! If this is what it is.then I have NOT been told.

As far as I am concerned you are changing your way of doings things on a daily basis. I am NOT happy with this. I have been with MTN since around 1994, I have another contract too but will change in a heartbeat if I could, not that ONE old silly customer for YOU would make a difference hey? So I guess I this would not be resolved either?! I am VERY disappointed in MTN.

Maybe it is time for Carte Blanche to have a look at this!
