Two months for a repair and no feedback

I handed in my cellphone - a Samsung S3 - for repairs on 24 March 2013. The repair had to be done via the insurance. It is now two months later and I still do not have the phone back. I am paying my monthly fees but I do not have the service for it as I cannot use the sim in any other phone. I have phoned, send emails, but no one even bothers to return my calls or reply on my emails. The only one that made an effort was Monique at autopage Mall @ carnival. I have three contract with Autopage which I am going to cancel at the end of their term to go to Nashua Mobile as the service there is 100% better than at Autopage.
