I changed my contract from Topup 100 (for R199pm) to Anytime 200 on August 1st (advertised as R399pm).
But in addition to the contract amount of R399, i have been charged R401.38 for Packet Swtched Data Calls regardless of the fact that i bought AD HOC data of 1G (that i got charged and paid for as well), and that by the time the billing period ended i still had 50MB of that ad hoc data remaining.
what is this sneaky charge that i am now expected to pay for? this is the second month running that i am being charged extra for Data i have not used.
