8.TA admin problems becoming mine

I chenged banks to FNB and phoned 8.ta call center and changed debit order details - on the 7/2/2013.
then on the 17/4/2013 my phones got sespunded due to non payment...
when I checked I saw that they still tryed to take the debit order from the old bank and not from the FNB account...
so i went and paid the out stading ammount into 8.ta's account and whent into the 8.ta store at Cresta mall with the proof of payment where i got told my phone's will be back on in 48 hours...
so after 4 days I phoned the 8.ta call center and asked them when my phones will be back on sinse this was there mistake in the first place for not chenging the debot order details as requsted the then told me that it can take up to 10 working days to reconect my service.then on the 1/5/2013 i checked my bank statement and saw that the debit order did not go off again so i then went on the the 2/5/2013 I went back into the the bank and paid cash again then went into the 8ta store with proof of payment.
at this time i was due for my upgrade but becuese my debit order did not go off on the 1st my account was in colletion so i could not do my upgrade.
and it is now the 29/5/2013 and still cant upgrade.
