New handset contract ordered and approved 5 April. Still waiting for delivery. Keep giving excuses about logistics team and making it my problem. I have to contact them every time I want check the progress. They have made no effort to contact me by any means whatsoever. Looks like they are making too much money to worry about their existing clients. They have no way of escalating problems to higher management, all complaints get stopped at the service (??) desk.
