Finally I have received confirmation that my contract with I burst has been cancelled. Now to get my premiums refunded is such a hassle. The store says that I must call the call centre as they deal with refunds, and the call centre says that the store must contact head office directly with regards to a refund. Numerous visits to the store and phone calls at my cost and i still seem to be going no where again with I burst yet again. And I never do get a response from them on hello Peter.
