DISGUSTING SERVICE -STILL WAITING FOR UPDATE/MONEY

I was told between 3-7 working days for this problem to be sorted out - It has now been 8 working days and I am still waiting. I also received an email statement from Cell C today - why am I still getting these if my account is supposed to be cancelled??? The reference number I was given for my money to be refunded is: 3043002110. WHAT IS HAPPENING!!! Please confirm that my account has been cancelled and at the end of this month NO MONEY WILL BE DEBITED! Out of all my problems I have posted - NOT 1 has been corrected.
