Account debited after contract has been cancelled

My cell phone contract was suppose to end in March of 2013 and I was still debited after in June I called to cancel my contract and asked that my account should not be debited as they refuse to pay me back for the debits that they had already taken form account and that the contract must be cancelled with immediate effect I was told my contract will be cancelled and that I will receive a phone call form them to date no phone call i cancelled the debit order with my bank as I do not owe them but to my surprise i get a notification of a double debit for R 197.00 that went off today I am so irate an appalled at the service. I want this sorted and the money to be refunded back to my account I am really unhappy with this service and if no action is taken i'm taking this further to the consumer protector. This is the reference i was given for my call 6247026.
