NO Feedbank! Still no Solution!

I have waited over two weeks to get my MTN sim card sorted out and still no solution!!

I received a Sim card with a R180 amount of airtime on as a promotion from Ackermans and it gave me problems and stopped working after the first phone call made out. Ackermans in meyerton failed to assist me in this problem and with hours going past I asked to speak to the Manager Nomonde.

She does not come back to me and I always have to call her to get a update that to my regret never has a solution.
First they looked at it for some time and after they could not see the problem sent me to a MTN store to go ask them... Then after more time wasted MTN advised me that they have done all they can and if the Sim does not work in two hours I should go back to Ackermans.

As I did so I wanted the two hours and still no luck as the Sim kept on saying you have been "reca barred". They have failed to get this mess sorted out and still to this day I have received no feedback... Always making excuses and sending me from MTN to Ackermans. So unhelpful!
