From what I believed to be, is that my account is on soft lock. Cause I have made one of a payment. They have still disconnected my phone. I still have asked the lady in accounts if I could make a payment, cause I need to use my phone. Right now I don't have a phone at all to use. Cause of this. The lady then told me to wait till friday for the debit order. How helpfully is that. Believe me when I say this. I will never ever take a contact again by your guys and also wouldn't advise anymore. I will also inform my friends and family not to.
