Changing contract detials

I have been a client of MTN for many years and have several contracts with them. From he start of my contract period I was able to browse and download as my contract includes BIS. From a few months ago I am unable to download anymore, after enquiring they informed me that they have a new arrangement with BB and if I have problems with that I can take it up with 808. I work for a living and dont have time to spend arguing on the phone I want what I was promised and had from the start. If I Decided to stop paying I would be in trouble Why can they decide to stop delivering the service. I can not wait for my contract period to expire as I have had enough of low or no signal unable to view details. And now this. MTN has seen the last of me and all my contracts with them.
