No word bad enough to describe Nashua Mobile

Had a contract for almost a year but only had use for 4 months. I have to pay each month. The phone has been in for repair 4 times and now I have had to send it again for the 5th time. Each time it is 1 month away for repairs. The last time the motherboard was supposed to be replaced but no good. I have been to so many Nashua Mobile offices but they seem to wash their hands of the affair and only want to send for repairs. I get to messed around and all the time I cant use the phone. I stay in Willoston and also have to pay courier charges as well as insurance. I have written to the CEO of Nasua Mobile-got an apology but nothing is done. My next step now is legal and consumer ombudsman. It seems once they got your money, you are on your own. People have to contact me on my wifes phone, 0712822389.
PLEASE my advice, based on my experience, let your friends and all know NOT to enter into contracts with Nashua Mobile. Rather go direct to the Service Provider like Cell C, Vodacom, MTN, etc. In my opinion, Nasua Mobile is a middleman raking in the money but provide no service, bad attitude and just stinks. I suppose I will get the normal reply that Nashua give onnthis site
