WHAT ACTIONS NEED TO BE DONE FOR HELP

I am disgusted in MTN and how it is run.i hello petered MTN on the 1 November 2012, after months and months of going into the stores and phoning, only to get a call from Veronica to help me. WELL, she has not.i have email Corropondance dating back from Novemeber with her and still I sit here with an account that is not paid due to lack of her caring AND NOT HAVING MY INFORMATION THAT I HAVE BEEN BATTLING TO FIND OUT TO PAY THIS ACCOUNT. I have now told her i will be going to see her boss with all the email Corropondance and all of a sudden i get an email. How can MTN make their customers struggle to get information and how the does Veronica and the rest of the MTN staff still have a job. This is not how a business is run and i am sick and tierd of running into problems and not getting an answer. This issue has taken a year to date to get resolved, WHY??? AND STILL i HAVE NOT RESOLVED ALL OF IT.IM DISGUSTED, NEVER USE MTN, YOU WILL NEVER GET A GOOD DEAL AND THEY WILL YOU OVER, THEY DONT CARE
