I ordered a phone on the 6th May, which I was told I would receive within 2 to 3 working days a week later Tuesday 14th May I received the incorrect phone. I took it back on the 15th and today 2 weeks later I still don't have a phone. How ever, I have received 2 sms and 2 emails thanking me for upgrading.
It took Client Service 3 weeks to ask me what my problem is and I still don't have a phone. Apparently my handset is lying in Cape Town since the 22nd of May.
What a freaking joke I am absolutely disgusted!
