I was shopping for shoes, specifically those made in South Africa. Note: Supporting SA made products increases employment, reduces crime, and losers insurance and replacement / repair costs, so it's CHEAPER!
Anyway, I encountered Nkosinathi and we discussed the various options. He immediately showed me the best compromise between cost and quality, and explained honestly why this was better than the alternatives.
He appeared to be honest and trustworthy. It was a pleasure to encounter him.
