Our TV could not connect to the satellite We had our DSTV decoder checked and found it to be working so we had the satellite dish checked. We were told it was rusted and unstable and needed to be replaced. We had this done by Aerial and Satellite Excellence on Monday and it worked fine for 2 days. Yesterday we started getting the old message that we could not connect appearing on our TV screen. I phoned the supplier this morning to get it fixed and I was told that, though they're taking bookings for next Tuesday already, they could squeeze us in on Saturday afternoon! I paid by debit card on Monday (when the TV was working) and now have to wait till the earliest Saturday afternoon before I can watch TV again. Shocking example of terrible service. They should be ashamed!
