I have a life cover with Momentum. I have requested the broker to assist in supplying evidence to Std Bank that I have ceded the policy to Std Bank so that Std Bank does not charge me for their life cover for the bond I have taken with them. Nkosinathi Mbatha is not helpful at all. I have been double charged for life Cover as Momentum continues to charge me while std Bank charges me too. I have tried over 5 months now to get this matter sorted without any success. I have sent emails to Nkosinathi Mbatha to cancel this policy without any success. Please assist in Cancelling this policy with Momentum because I do not want to be paying for two covers for a bond. Momentum was supposed to provide std bank with evidence that I have ceded the policy but that was not done and no help from Nkosinatha Mbatha.
Please cancel this life policy and stop debiting my account.
