I WOULD JUST LIKE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT BRADLOWS HEAD OFFICE,

I RECEIVED A CALL LAST NIGHT FROM BRADLOWS DURBAN AND SPOKE TO NISHALL AND A TEAM LEADER (EMMANUEL NKOSINATHI SHEZI), CLAIMING THAT MY ACCOUNT IS IN ARREARS,
HOEVER WHEN THEY CHECK IN THEIR SYSTEM, THEY CONFIRMED THAT THE MISTAKE IS FROM BRADLOWS THAT THEY WHERE NOT RUNNING A DEBIT ORDER,

I WAS PROMISSED BY EMMANUEL NKOSINATHI SHEZI (TEAM LEADER) THAT I WILL RECEIVE AN APPOLOGY LETTER LAST NIGHT IS ALREADY THE FOLLOWING DAY AND IT IS THE FOLLOWIND DAY AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING...
