Dishonesy with the GetIt service

I was hoping my complaint would not reach this level. On the 29th July booked the 2-4-1 dining at Farriagers in PE, I arrived at the place only to be told that my booking did not go through. While there I called GetiIt and talked to an agent who told me to dine and that I could make a claim by faxing through the proof of payment. This I did and sent to a Nkosinathi. I have called numerous times about this (it is now 2 months later!) and every-time I get promised that I will be refunded. On the 28th Aug, this past week, I called again and was told Nkosinathi was on leave and he would call me when he returns, which was to be the foolwing day, the 29th. He never did. In fact no body did! Today I went dining again at Ye Old Captains House only to be told that I qualify for a R60 discount. Again I called in and was told to fax the receipt Monday to claim. Can I please have someone pay attention to my complaint as it was when this service was being sold to me.
