I really lost confidence in Cell C. On the 11/05/2013 I did an upgrade. On the 14/05/2013 I called Contract department to activate my number I realized I need a number change on my contract. I have both contract and prepaid (Cell C). I wanted my prepaid number to replace the contract number. The Cell C agent advised its possible, I can do it at any Cell c store. On the 15/052013 visited Wonderpark store, guess what they refused. Logged a call/query with Contact center. Ref was issued, 3 days down the line I did a follow up on my ref. I was given another ref no. Even today my request is not attended. My refs # 3051702165, 305220000100221, 3052201824.

I m really sick and tired of this network. I wanted to do cooling of period and return the cellphone but 7 days has already elapsed because of their lack of responsibility. I cant wait for my contract to expire and switch to another service provider, that understands what customer service is.
