I took out a cell c contract on the 18th of May 2013. I imported my number from Vodacom prepaid to Cell C contract because of cheaper network costs and because they say that they cover 93% of the nation's coverage. Since then I had bad or no network signal. I reported the problem about four times tellephonically, once at game store where I opened the contract and then today the 13th of June 2013 at Cell C Eastrand mall. All I want to do now is to cancel the contract with cell c and return to vodacom where I had no problems with network. I am not satisfied on the manner that they have responded to me. It took me 4 hours at game to try to cancel the contract, why? I am not happy with the product and they made no effort to even contact me and tell me what is going on.
